We had a very pleasant experience with Cardinal Appliance repair. We were having an issue with our washer and they came out promptly to look at it. Due to the age of the washer, the cost of the repair would have exceeded the value of the machine. However, they were able to sell us a much newer used washer at a very reasonable price. The old machine was removed and the new one was installed the same afternoon as the service call. Not only did we save a lot of money, but I was saved the hassle of shopping for a new appliance and waiting for it to be delivered. Review

Had an issue with my Samsung refrigerator late on a Friday evening and filled out the form on Cardinal's website. John responded promptly the next morning and scheduled a time to come out at the end of their business day. They were prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Were able to fix the problem and recommend alternative solutions. We were very satisfied with the service they provided at a reasonable price.

Only thing I would make clear is that they do not take credit cards (cash or check) and I did not see that posted anywhere on their site. May want to let people know up front or consider Paypal, CashApp, etc. because most people don't have cash on them and checks are kind of dated.

I would 100% use them again without hesitation.

John and his son, Jonathan, were excellent. They coordinated and communicated with us every step of the way to effect repairs on our LG electric range. They were prompt, cordial, polite, friendly, professional, and explained their working theory when diagnosing range. After asking us and providing an estimate, they ordered two rather costly electronic control boards and were back to install them in less than a week. They did an excellent job, but unfortunately, it turned out that the boards weren't causing the problem. Rather, a corroded electronics ribbon connection was messing up the touch screen buttons on the front of the range. They cleaned it thoroughly and it's working perfectly like new. Here's the best part of all, they did NOT charge us for the unneeded control boards. Rather only charged us a very fair rate for their labor. This folks, is called being great, forthright and completely honest businessmen... (a very rare quality to find these days among so many lame scammers). We know who to call for our future appliance repair needs and I highly recommend you give them a chance as well, because these guys are on top of their game! Thank you gentlemen! Review
